Features UNDP RBA - OnePay

This is app is designed to be used to pay meeting participants in cash.
In this first version, you can create Event or activity or meeting.For each Event you can add meeting description, venue, amount to be distributed, person in charge and the date.

Then you can create for each meeting payment made to participants.
For Each payment you can add picture of the payee, picture of the ID card and have the person signed on you mobile device with his finger or a Pen for mobile phone.

The app will then generate the financial report of the payments with all required information by auditor and finance unit.
In the application you also have access to RBA address book and can call a staff directly from the application, mobile phone carrier charge will apply based on your phone plan.

The next version of OnePay will have the following features :
- Map with GIS information on payment made in your country- Statistics on staff who made payment- DSA Rate- On line convertor at UN rate- F.A.Q on cash management
